Public courses

Bookings

Acceptance of a booking is solely at 10fifteen’s discretion. 10fifteen is under no obligation to accept a booking.

Bookings are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.

Once the maximum number of delegates has been reached, bookings will only be accepted on a "stand-by" basis. Attendance then will be subject to the withdrawal of a delegate.

Booking confirmation

Payment is required to confirm a booking.

Payment is required at least ten working days prior to commencement.

If payment is not received ten working days prior to commencement, then the place on the course may be allocated to another delegate.

It is at 10fifteen's sole discretion to confirm a booking where payment has not been received in time. Please contact us if you have difficulties in arranging payment.

Substitution

Delegates may be substituted at any time prior to commencement at no extra cost.

Delegates may not be substituted after commencement.

If a substitution occurs less than five working days prior to commencement, personalised delegate material may not reflect the delegate name. For example, the Delegate Reference Guide.

Transfers

Delegates may be transferred between presentations of the same course at no extra cost up to ten working days prior to commencement except where there has been a price increase. If there has been a price increase then there will be an additional charge equivalent to the price difference.

Transfers between courses ten to five working days prior to the commencement will incur a administration fee of 20% of the course price including GST.

Transfers five or less working days prior to commencement will incur an administration fee of 75% of the course price including GST.

Requests to transfer a delegate must be confirmed via email.

Booking cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no cost up to ten working days prior to commencement.

Bookings cancelled between ten to five working days prior to commencement will incur an administration fee of 20% of the course price including GST.

Bookings cancelled five or less working days prior to commencement will incur an administration fee of 75% of the course price including GST.

Requests to cancel a delegate's booking must be submitted by email.

Non attendance

Delegates who fail to attend a course will not be eligible for a refund.

Delegates who start but fail to complete will course will not be eligible for a refund.

Course cancellation

Whilst every effort will be made to avoid changing course dates or cancellation, 10fifteen reserves the right to do so without notice. 10fifteen’s liability is limited to the course price.

Personal belongings

Whilst 10fifteen makes every effort to provide a secure learning environment, 10fifteen accepts no liability for damage, loss or theft of delegates’ belongings.

Course pre-requisites

It is the delegates responsibility to ensure that they meet the course pre-requisites.

In-house courses

Public liability

10fifteen assumes no public liability for in-house courses.

The party arranging the in-house course is responsible is ensuring that 10fifteen is indemnified against public liability claims.

Delegate substitution, transfers and attendance

It is the sole responsibility of the party booking the in-house course to manage delegate attendance.

Course rescheduling or cancellations

A course may be rescheduled or cancelled at no cost up to ten working days prior to commencement.

A course that is rescheduled or cancelled between ten to five working days prior to commencement will incur an administration fee of 20% of the course price including GST.

A course that is rescheduled or cancelled five or less working days prior to commencement will incur an administration fee of 75% of the course price including GST.

A request to reschedule or cancel a course must be confirmed via email.
