National Privacy Principles
Atkinson, Inglis & Associates, trading as 10fifteen™, complies with and supports the National Privacy Principles.
Following are the ten National Privacy Principles and an explanation of how we comply with them.

We aim to keep the minimum personal information necessary to be able to perform our business.
We record personal information provided by individuals about themselves when they make bookings, enquiries or have other contacts with us. For example any notes taken by us as part of a product enquiry telephone conversation.
We may record personal details about individuals that are provided by a third party, as part of our sales and marketing. In this scenario we will make reasonable efforts to let the individual know what information we hold about them.
2 Use and Disclosure
We collect personal information for the following business activities: Sales, Marketing, Course Administration, Accounts Receivable and Debt Management.
We do not usually disclose personal information to third parties unless it is required by or on behalf of a law enforcement body.

Data quality is essential to our ability to carry out our business therefore we take great pains to keep it up to date, accurate and complete.
4 Data Security
We store personal information as paper based and computer based records. The paper based records are stored in an access controlled environment and the computer based records are stored on secure servers.

This webpage states our policies on the management of personal information.
6 Access and Correction
On written request, we will inform you of the information we hold about you and correct it if it is wrong.
Please note we may require proof of identity prior to providing this information. In addition, we may charge for the administration costs involved.

We do not collect or use third party identifiers.
8 Anonymity
It is not practical for us to transact with you on an anonymous basis.

We do not transfer personal information outside Australia and its territories.

We use the services of Google Analytics on this site to provide aggregate non-identifiable usage statistics of the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to record search engine keywords and site navigation.
